If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to return an item, please call Customer Service at 817-251-6500 Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST, or Friday from 8:00am-12pm CST
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of the returned item in the form of credit to the credit card holder. Exchanges will be made within 30 days.
Only items purchased on MDSkinProducts.com can be returned to Southlake Dermatologhy. Items purchased in another skincare professional's office or elsewere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
