If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. In order to return an item, please call Customer Service at 817-251-6500 Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm CST, or Friday from 8:00am-12pm CST
Only items purchased on MDSkinProducts.com can be returned to Southlake Dermatologhy. Items purchased in another skincare professional's office or elsewere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
